REGARDING EDUCATORS
We believe in an intentional and professional approach to teaching. We facilitate professional goals and strengths to be used at our services. We advocate for ongoing professional learning to create an integrated and cohesive environment. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach and see ourselves as partners and guides when teaching children in our care. Educators apply attachment theories such as the Circle of Security to assist children and educators in forming bonds and creating meaningful relationships that are unique. We embed these theories into our practice to ensure we acknowledge and respect the needs of each child, this strengthens our relationships within the service.
