To get started, fill out the form below below with your preferred days.
We’ll then be in touch to let you know our availability and invite you to a private your of our centre.
Once you have booked a tour you will then be given a parent handbook to read over that has information about what Evolve ELC can offer your family.
You will then have the opportunity to discover what our service can offer you and your family during our tour.
During our tour, if we’re the right fit, you will be given information to make a direct deposit into the service’s bank account to pay the bond to secure your child’s position. This security deposit is refundable, and is returned to you upon withdrawal of your child providing the required four weeks notice is given and your account is up to date.
When we receive your bond, you will then be sent our online enrolment forms to fill out before your child starts with us.
You’ll then be invited to attend the Centre for an orientation with your child in the coming weeks before your child starts with us. This assists children, parents and staff with their transition into care.
Centre fees are payable by direct debit weekly. They are reducible with any eligible Childcare Subsidy.
The minimum enrolment is 2 days. We feel any less than this can be too upsetting for children as they cannot settle and form attachment with other children or teachers.
Our families generally secure 3-5 days for their child, What we seem to find is that children develop stronger friendship groups and connections to our educators creating a stronger sense of belonging this then ensures the children are able to connect with the curriculum on a deeper level which enhances their learning and development.
